​Our spacious holiday home will provide a lovely setting for your Butlins Skegness holiday helping you to make memories you'll always treasure.  Very comfortable, with 3 bedroom, plus a pull out double bed in the lounge, it sleeps up to 8 people.

Central heating, double glazing and a feature electric fireplace in the lounge, so you're always cosy regardless of the British weather.

​

The spacious lounge provides ample seating for all the family with a 32" freeview TV and DVD.  

​

The lounge is next to the dining area and kitchen.

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your caravan holiday. Including a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. 

​

The master bedroom has a double door wardrobe, overhead shelving, 2 bedside cabinets and dresser with mirror plus a 19" freeview television and a phone/tablet charging point.

​

Both of the twin bedrooms have two single beds, a single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror and overhead shelving, with a phone/tablet charging point.

​

Duvets and pillows are supplied together with mattress protectors. Bed linen, hand towels, tea towels and a bath mat are also provided.  Beds are made prior to your arrival. (Please remember to remove the bedding (including the mattress protectors) and leave it on the kitchen floor with the towels on your day of departure).

​

The bathroom has a double shower enclosure, sink with vanity unit, separate shelf and a toilet.  The second toilet also has a sink and a shelf.

​

Safety: For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

​

Please note this is a non smoking caravan and pets are not permitted, if the caravan smells of smoke or pets you will lose your bond as we will have to pay for a deep clean

​

Our family friendly caravan also provides the following;

IKEA high chair and potty, children's plates, cups and bowls

Travel cot (no cot mattress or bedding, please bring your own)

Vacuum, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

24 foot x 8 foot veranda, ideal play area for children. 

Put your own padlock on the veranda gate to make it extra secure for your tots.

2 recliner chairs + upright chairs and table available to use on the decking.

Up to 4 Butlins Skegness entertainment passes are included. Infants under 2 do not require an entertainment pass.  (4 more passes are available to purchase from me if you are a group of up to 8).

Private hard standing for 2 cars next to the caravan.

Located on a larger than average plot in a peaceful area, within 6 minutes walk to the main resort, you can take your car and park nearer to the resort entrance if you wish.

​

It is not possible for guests in private caravans to pre book shows, usually if you stand in the non booked queue you will still get in.  Paid for activities can be booked online 7 days before your holiday.  Free activities and some shows can be booked at guest services when you arrive to pick up your keys.  

You can't book a dining plan but you can still use all the food venues (or eat off site which is generally cheaper).

Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all deliver food orders to the day visitor car park.
